This morning, my lawyers have filed a defamation suit against Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing at the Kuala Lumpur High Court. I am doing this in order to seek justice in the court of justice and protect and clear my name and honour.

In view of the grave and serious allegations, I am forced to claim RM500 million against the defendant and all damages awarded will be channeled to educational and charitable organisations.

Dear Datuk Seri. Sue Tiong. Sue Faisal. Sue KDSB. Sue them all. I hope you win the case. The money can be better used to build a revolving education fund for educating promising young Malaysians of all races.

As you can see the level of support for you is increasing. Keep going.
Against All Odds

Fear no one, Datuk Seri. You have the full support from the people across all races in Malaysia. You have the chance to be amongst the corrupted ones, but you chose to be yourself. This is the bravest act I ever see from a leader. Others may say that you are trying to make yourself a hero out of all these issues that you have revealed, but what I see in you is a brave and honest leader who is trying to cope with an inherited problem that no one was capable to resolve and report out in the past. Please fight on and don't ever give up yet. You lit the people's hope to MCA which has been lost long time ago. This problem is not about races or religions, but it's more about money politics that has been ingrained in our communities and it is also an obstacle that is blocking our nation's progress as a whole.

Tiong's claim is absolutely baseless and he should first explain to us how he accumulated such a massive wealth as a Kuala Dimensi chairman until he has the capacity to simply donate such a big amount of money to political parties or politicians that he claimed. He is obviously corrupted like Hell. PKFZ is an already openly known disaster. Those who denied it obviously have gained something from it. Tiong seems to believe that Kuala Dimensi is clean from PKFZ. I could forecast that if Datuk Seri didn't report the truth of PKFZ out, the dissatisfaction amongst the people will be snowballing until the next election. By that time, people will kiss goodbye to BN.

If you unfortunately lose out in the defamation suit, it will mean BN is still very much powered by money politics which is a very sad thing to people. In that case, the only choice people have is to vote for the opposition party in order to get themselves closer to the truth! Tiong is digging his own grave which is buried with his dirty gold coins.

You are the hope of BN. I wish you good lucks and against all odds.
we will support you fully

Dear Datuk Seri

I hope this will keep your spirit up. I am amazed that our Malay brothers in the street are supporting you. They see you as the one of very few honest BN leaders. In the street, Barisan leaders are generally seen dishonest and corrupt people. You are making a difference.

A response to call for emergency MCA meeting
written by Loh Meng Kow, August 27, 2009
A response to http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/111536

The CEO of Kuala Dimension Sdn Bhd claimed that he donated RM 10 million to MCA, and as President Ong Tee Keat refuted the statement. He did it in his capacity as President. MCA members should await the outcome of the law suit. To challenge the authority of the President now amounts to coup d’etat.

The above statement indicates that the writers choose to believe what Tiong has stated and cast aspersion as though Ong had pocketed the donation. That prejudges with malice.

That shows the integrity of the persons who wrote this piece of work. A person who has the money to throw money cannot be wrong. When the person gives money to MCA, that alone confirms that the donor has the integrity and integrity is measured by the person’s generosity and wealth. Is that why MCA has been known as ‘Money comes allwecare?

How the Minister of Transport chose to travel has nothing to do with MCA members and he did not require approval from anybody. As regards payment for his travel, that would be taken care of by the Ministry or the person concerned. To claim that since Tiong was a probably investigation target and that Minister Ong should distance himself from Tiong is to suggest that Ong should examine and know that persons he came into contact would not be involved in any court cases. Is that possible any any private persons to operate, let alone a minister?

If that is the only reason that the writers think that Minister Ong brought disgrace to MCA, they can add other reasons such as his height and weight. Are the petition writers that petty?

The petition writers hope to do is 趁他病拿他命。When the President has been accused of actions which he sought to clarify, he certainly did not require members of the party to pressure him to lose control of the party. The actions of the petitions show that they are most happy that an opportunity presented itself. Since the adversary of the MCA president treats RM millions as small change one wonders whether there were thought of rewards into writing this piece.

It would appear that when the petition writers chose to claim white is black, it becomes black,

The petition itself more than confirms the existence of a conspiracy.

Curiously why can’t the petition writers wait for the whole controversy to be settled to study the evidence rather than claiming that evidence should be provided? It shows that the petition writers might be the persons involved.

How do the petition writers conclude that Ong has not the evidence, and why should Ong bow to their wishes of what to reveal, and when to reveal them. It is the guilty who makes police report.
