I would like to wish all Malaysian Christians a very blessed Christmas. Like so many other major festivals, Malaysians of different religious background and creed have been taking part in Christmas celebrations. This is something which is unique to the country. We should learn to cherish and not take this for granted.
Malaysians are familiar with the concept of tolerance. But today, we should have escalated to a higher level of mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual appreciation, in addition to mutual tolerance. This could only be forged through meaningful engagement and interaction. Any resistance to so doing would only reduce the idea of tolerance to a mere hollow slogan.
Christmas is also about sacrifice. This Christmas, let us continue to remind ourselves about the sacrifices of our country's founding fathers. Without their tireless effort and grit, we would not have achieved what we have today. With this in mind, we should also be prepared to make sacrifices so that our children will have a better life.
As the year draws to a close, we should also take the opportunity to take stock of what we have achieved in 2008 and plan to scale greater heights next year. Once again, I wish all Christians a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

To Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat and All Malaysians,
Before Malaysians can escalate to higher level of mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual appreciation in addition to mutual tolerance; Malaysians should have all these mutual understanding, mutual respect, mutual appreciation and mutual tolerance in place.
After 51 years Malaysians are still bickering among Malays/Malaysians Chinese/Malaysians Indian/East Malaysians and is not able to stand on a single platform as 1 United Bangsa Malaysia. When the leaders; whether from BN/Pakatan Rakyats/ NGOs/Business Leaders, champion on the issues and the people of Malaysia speaks, it is always self centered (race/language/religion/culture/gender etc.) rights instead of just Malaysians rights regardless of race/religion/language/culture/gender etc. It is because of self centered gratification, greed, egos, pride and self denials that Malaysia blinds itself under the guise of mutual tolerance of “You Jaga Saya Saya Jaga You” or “You Scrub Me and I Scrub You” mentality without meaningful engagement and interaction.
It is only with Mutual Trust, Mutual Respect and Mutual Interdependence as 1 Malaysians race for survival in this borderless world that meaningful engagement and interaction with happen for a brighter future for Malaysia.
Malaysians Condominium (MC) have been tolerant with the developer/property manager appointed by the Local Authority/Local Authority and JMB for more than 11 years and yet there is no action from the Authority to right what had been wrong for 11 years!
Although, the issues have also been raised in Datuk Ong Tee Keat’s blog for 3 weeks now, even our Courageous Leader have not given MC that light and hope of a brighter MC via meaningful engagement and interaction.
All Malaysians, just imagine this minority cohesive group of JMB with foreigners presence and related by marriage and blood tie could Lord over MC majority owned by Malaysians with full knowledge of Malaysians Authority/Leaders without any enforcement of The Act 663 which only came into effect from April 2008 for protection of owners against developers; Malaysia future is in dire straits!
What is your thought and where is MCA wannabe leaders to engage all Malaysians and not only Malaysians Chinese to be relevant?
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Thank you.
Together For 1 Nation, 1 Malaysia as 1 United Bangsa Malaysia
