I have been informed that 21 elected MCA Central Committee members have resigned, paving the way for fresh polls within 30 days, as spelt out under the Party constitution.

Kempen bersepadu ini melibatkan agensi-agensi Kerajaan seperti Jabatan Keselamatan Jalan Raya, Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan, Polis DiRaja Malaysia, Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat, Agensi Anti-Dadah Kebangsaan, Lembaga Pelesenan Kenderaan Perdagangan, Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia, syarikat swasta seperti Lonpac Insurance dan Red Bull serta agensi bukan kerajaan seperti Kelab Marshal Keselamatan Jalan Raya dan Yayasan Belia Malaysia termasuk pihak media yang memberi liputan meluas sepanjang tempoh kempen tersebut.
One of the first National Key Results Area (NKRA) initiatives under the Government's Improvement of Urban Public Transport agenda is the introduction of RapidKL's four-car LRT trains for the Kelana Jaya line. I am pleased to note that this initiative has seen a very encouraging response from the public although it has only been in place for a short time.

Last week, I went for a heel tendon surgery. After the procedure, I have been wheelchair-bound following strict doctors' advice to ensure my speedy recovery. Over the past few days, I have had a taste of what it feels like to be wheelchair-bound.
