I will reserved my judgment until the report is really released. Given the ups and downs, you know why I feel this way. The next step is to take actions against the people responsible for the fiasco. No mercy should be given and no excuse should be accepted. The guilty ones are grown up and knew exactly the consequence. Yet they went and do this evil thing. Personally, I think your action vindicated many skeptics on your ability to move this mountain. This will bring the support of people who want to change things for the better.
