Kempen Bersepadu Keselamatan Jalan Raya Sempena Tahun Baru Cina bagi tahun 2010 telah bermula pada 21 Januari 2010 dan diteruskan semasa Ops Sikap XXI (21) dari 7 Februari hingga 21 Februari 2010. Kempen bersepadu ini melibatkan agensi-agensi Kerajaan seperti Jabatan Keselamatan Jalan Raya, Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan, Polis DiRaja Malaysia, Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat, Agensi Anti-Dadah Kebangsaan, Lembaga Pelesenan Kenderaan Perdagangan, Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia, syarikat swasta seperti Lonpac Insurance dan Red Bull serta agensi bukan kerajaan seperti Kelab Marshal Keselamatan Jalan Raya dan Yayasan Belia Malaysia termasuk pihak media yang memberi liputan meluas sepanjang tempoh kempen tersebut.
